In 2001, ADV formed a partnership with the Riverside County Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) to provide domestic violence intervention services to CalWORKs participants.
Five ADV advocates work in 11 DPSS offices in western Riverside County to assist county welfare employees with clients who are unable to work because of domestic violence.
