A partial list of the agencies and individuals that have provided on-site services at Casa de Paz includes:
Riverside County Office of Education: Two RCOE teachers visit three times a week to provide child development services and education to shelter clients. A registered dietitian provides monthly classes on topics relating to nutrition. RCOE also brings in other professionals to do dental and medical screenings.
First 5 of Riverside County Children & Families Commission: Provides representatives to educate ADV shelter staff about new referral sources for clients. Shelter clients also attended a 12-week parenting class taught by First 5 staff.
Healthy Children Connection and the Department of Public Health: Representatives from the WIC Program visit Casa de Paz monthly to educate clients on topics related to overall physical and emotional health.
Project LIFT of Quail Valley: Provides classes in English as a Second Language for clients and has advocated for the shelter on transportation access for clients.
Temecula-Murrieta Kiwanis Club members Pete Densmore, Jimmy Moore and Peg Moore volunteer their time to do maintenance work at the shelter.
